Sales & Commercial Enablement - Lead end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract closure.
Prepare techno‑commercial proposals, RFQ responses, tender documentation, and pricing strategies.
Conduct customer presentations, solution pitches, and competitive assessments.
Negotiate commercial terms in alignment with internal legal, finance, and technical teams.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Development : Develop partnership with: -Indian EPC players,Battery OEMs (LFP/NMC),PCS/EMS vendors
Technical & Solution Expertise
Collaborate with engineering teams to design optimal BESS solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Understand battery chemistries, inverter technologies, EMS platforms, and safety standards.
Provide inputs for cost estimation, system sizing, and solution differentiators.
Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
Identify and onboard technology partners, OEMs, integrators, and channel partners.
Foster alliances for financing, EPC execution, and turnkey delivery of energy storage projects.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting : Work with cross-functional teams.Prepare business forecasts, pipeline reports, market intelligence briefs, and performance dashboards.Contribute to long-term strategic planning for the BESS business portfolio.
