Responsibilities Maintain & verify accurate records of purchases, supplier information.
Contracts and invoices, ensuring data integrity.
Create and maintain master price lists for various products.
Report cost variances Coordinate with Finance team for any vendor payment related issues and quarterly ledger reconciliation Preparing Purchase plan based on SNOP and pre-defined Safety stock Participate in inventory audits and assist in stock management activities and preparing budgets for quarterly demand.
Support in Budget Planning as needed.
