Your role and responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts across multiple layers of the product architecture (UI, API, backend).
  • Integrate automated testing with CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous testing and faster feedback.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Execute functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for new and existing features.
  • Diagnose, debug, and document software defects, and work with developers to resolve them quickly.
  • Ensure high availability and scalability of test infrastructure and frameworks.
  • Support test planning, strategy, and execution across different test levels and environments.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.


Required education
Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise
  • 5+ years of experience in software QA with a strong focus on test automation and DevOps integration.
  • Strong understanding of functional, system integration and end-to-end testing practices.
  • Strong programming/scripting experience in at least one language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like TestNG, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Deep understanding of core testing concepts, such as test-driven development (TDD), behavior-driven development (BDD), and API testing.
  • Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Performance and load testing experience using tools like JMeter, Gatling, or similar.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud.

  • Understanding of AI concepts and models
