QA Engineer 3Summary of the Role

In this role, you’ll contribute to the quality and reliability of software products by applying your experience in quality assurance, test automation, and DevOps practices. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define test strategies, support continuous improvement, and help deliver reliable, sustainable solutions.



In This Role You’ll / Your Main Responsibilities
  • Contribute to test strategy and test planning, ensuring alignment with functional and non‑functional requirements, customer expectations, and continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.



  • Design, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases, including preparing test environments and test data.



  • Assess, maintain, and improve test automation frameworks and regression pipelines based on product evolution and quality metrics.



  • Communicate test progress, risks, and milestones clearly to software developers, product definition analysts, and other stakeholders.



  • Support team capability through knowledge sharing, mentoring of new team members, and contribution to quality assurance best practices.




About the Ideal Candidate
  • Relevant experience in quality assurance, including test automation, DevOps practices, and cloud‑based environments.



  • Experience contributing to test strategies that align with industry standards such as the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) and internal quality frameworks (Software Development Lifecycle (SDL), Software Test Development Lifecycle (STDL)).



  • Ability to analyze specifications and architectures, identify risks or gaps, and provide constructive feedback.



  • Experience working with QA tools, frameworks, and defect management processes, including investigating Problem Tracking Reports (PTRs).



  • Interest in continuous improvement, including contributing to sustainable practices and reducing the environmental impact of testing activities.
