Job Summary:


As a Quality Inspector at Emerson, you’ll be at the heart of our quality processes, gaining hands-on experience in documentation control and supplier validation—skills that are critical for driving reliability and customer trust


In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:


The Quality Inspector will be responsible for handling supplier certification reviews and preparing final documentation for Flow Controls MEA factories. He/She will report directly to the Dubai FCV Plant Quality Manager, collaborate with MEA FCV Quality team.


  • Review and validate supplier certifications to ensure compliance with Emerson’s requirements
  • Prepare and compile final documentation packages for Customer orders
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of quality records and certificates
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve documentation discrepancies
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline certification and documentation processes
  • Maintain adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) requirements in all documentation activities
  • Support in visiting suppliers and improve their Quality standards.

For This Role, You Will Need:


  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Production /Manufacturing/ Instrumentation)
  • 1-3 year experience in quality documentation
  • Conversant with Material specifications, FCI, ASTM/ASME standards

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:


  • NDT – ASNT TC 1A certification in PT, MT, RTFI techniques
  • Conversant with Factory Acceptance Testing of Control valves 
  • Conversant with foundry & machining processes, hazardous area certifications
