Coordinate execution of QA/QC plans, ITPs, and quality procedures at site.
Act as a link between site engineers, QA/QC team, contractors, and client representatives for quality matters.
Ensure construction activities follow approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
Assist and coordinate inspections for civil, electrical, and mechanical works as applicable.
Verify installation quality for AC/DC electrical works, foundations, structures, and infrastructure as per project scope.
Coordinate testing activities such as IR tests, continuity tests, earth resistance, and material tests.
Coordinate incoming material inspections and verify test certificates, MTCs, and compliance documents.
Maintain Material Inspection Reports (MIRs) and ensure proper material storage and traceability.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, test records, and quality logs.
Support preparation and compilation of quality dossiers, as-built documents, and handover packages.
Ensure timely submission of quality documents to clients and consultants.
Assist in raising and tracking Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure.
Maintain NCR and CAPA registers.
Coordinate client inspections, internal audits, and third-party inspections.
Support closure of audit observations and compliance actions.
Participate in quality review meetings with clients and project teams.
Assist in identifying quality gaps and implementation of improvement measures.
Support quality awareness and training initiatives at site.
Bachelor’s / Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical).
5–8 years of experience in quality coordination or QA/QC roles in EPC, solar, or infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and documentation.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
Ability to read drawings, specifications, and test procedures.
Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
