Summary:
As IMS Engineer, you will lead and coordinate implementation and sustainment of Integrated management system at the pump manufacturing plant, including fulfilment of Nuclear quality requirements, Customer Audits and follow up actions for implementations. The role brings more criticality to collaborate with team across the plant to meet the current and future organizational needs.
Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, maintain, and continually improve the Integrated Management System covering Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health & Safety.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 29001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Conduct gap analysis of existing IMS processes and recommend corrective and preventive actions to close identified gaps.
Monitor, measure, analyze, and evaluate IMS performance to enhance process effectiveness and efficiency.
Plan, conduct, and report internal and external audits, including integrated system audits.
Coordinate with certification bodies for certification, surveillance, and re-certification audits.
Ensure timely closure of audit non-conformities and verification of corrective actions.
Review, control, and approve IMS documentation including policies, procedures, manuals, and records.
Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement related to quality, environmental, and OH&S aspects.
Communicate audit findings, risks, and improvement recommendations to top management and relevant stakeholders.
Support leading Site Quality Program and Cost of Quality Support quality cultural change in the facility aligned with Flowserve values & behaviors.
Lead Customer complaints / Escapes problem solving and be able to present results to customer
Support and facilitate Management Review Meetings.
Promote IMS awareness and compliance across all levels of the organization.
Requirements :
Degree in Engineering, or other related courses.
Lead Auditor certification in following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 29001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
A minimum of 10 -12 years’ experience in a similar role, managing QMS and processes around ISO 9001, ISO 29001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
Proven experience as a Lead Auditor conducting integrated management system audits.
Experience in product certification, managing the certification agencies
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for report writing and client interactions.
Ability to work independently and within a team, managing multiple audit projects simultaneously.

Work with all the stakeholders (internal & External)
should hold the certifications
Good experience in Audits and Customer
