Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for specific roles.
Manage the candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
Track and report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the technology or innovation sector.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and team members.
Ability to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit effectively.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Proficiency in using social media and professional networks for recruitment purposes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
