You will play a key role in revenue generation, customer retention, and long-term relationship building.
Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Cold Calling Proactively generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and market outreach Identify potential clients and convert leads into active customers Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth Sales & Target Management Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for mutual fund products Track daily sales activities and maintain accurate MIS and CRM updates Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel Mutual Funds Sales & Advisory Understand client financial goals, risk appetite, and investment horizon Recommend suitable mutual fund schemes aligned with client needs Explain product features, benefits, and market trends in a simple and clear manner Deal Closure & Revenue Generation Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently to maximize conversions Handle client objections and concerns with confidence and professionalism Ensure timely documentation and smooth onboarding of clients Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business Provide post-sales support and regular portfolio updates Cross-sell and upsell relevant investment products when appropriate Key Skills & Competencies Strong experience in cold calling and outbound sales Proven ability in mutual funds sales and financial product selling Excellent deal closure and negotiation skills Sound understanding of sales target management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Result-oriented mindset with high energy and persistence Qualifications & Experience Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Finance preferred but not mandatory) 1–3 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or mutual fund distribution Experience in BFSI, wealth management, or investment advisory is an added advantage
