Develop and maintain the cybersecurity strategy, policies, and risk management processes to ensure that the organization effectively secures Chevron’s operations.
Key responsibilities:
Lead a team of Risk Analysts and direct appropriate communications, measures, and actions to remediate cybersecurity risks as applicable to Business Units or Digital Platforms. Builds relationships with Risk Management Operations (RMO) and utilizes these relationships to ensure critical cyber security information reaches Business Units. Identifies and addresses gaps, trends, or opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
Previously described years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience leading a team of Risk Analysts in developing and maintaining the cybersecurity strategy, policies, and risk management processes to ensure that the organization effectively. Excellent communication, management, and leadership skills. 10 - 15 years of experience

Chevron ENGINE supports global operations, supporting business requirements across the world. Accordingly, the work hours for employees will be aligned to support business requirements. The standard work week will be Monday to Friday. Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm or 1.30pm to 10.30pm.
