- Creating master data strategy, principles and plan
- Lead Data Harmonization strategy: Coding principles, Data standards and Naming conventions
- Leading the harmonization Master Data model Structure .
- Leading the transactional Data Migration Plan
- Define To-be Data Model to fit SAP S4 requirements and lead the analysis activity for how to use the current data in the new data model
- Develop data load strategy, develop data conversion dependencies
- Maintain technical documentation"
- S/4 HANA Data Migration experience
- Activate methodology exposure
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- 7- 10 years as function team leader and Data Migration Leader
- 3 + full project life cycle from preparation to post-going life support
- Experience in international project
- Leading expert with hands-on experience in Leading Data Harmonization projects.
