External Job Title: Sales Specialist, Seller Partnerships
Job Summary: Join Amazon Seller Services India as a Sales Specialist to drive growth through strategic partnerships. This role combines business development and program management, focusing on cultivating relationships with sellers and partners. You'll create and execute plans to expand our seller network, analyze data to inform decisions, and work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives in a dynamic e-commerce environment.
Key Job Responsibilities: • Prospect, qualify, and close agreements with potential partners, communicating compelling value propositions • Develop and manage processes to integrate partner programs into Amazon's business ecosystem • Create and implement strategic account plans to drive partner success and business growth • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program goals and improve partner performance • Analyze data, track metrics, and report on business growth and key performance indicators
Basic Qualifications: • 2+ years of sales experience • Experience analyzing data and identifying performance drivers • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas • Familiarity with e-commerce industry trends and practices • Track record of success in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships • Proficiency in developing and executing marketing plans
