Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP RTR (Record-to-Report) FICO Consultant to manage and optimize financial processes in SAP, specifically in the areas of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP FICO modules, strong understanding of accounting principles, and hands-on experience with the latest SAP S/4HANA technologies. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure streamlined financial reporting, compliance, and process automation.


Key Responsibilities:

RTR Process Management:


  • Lead and manage Record-to-Report (RTR) processes, including General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Period-End Closing.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of financial processes to improve accuracy, compliance, and reporting timelines.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audit readiness.

SAP FICO Expertise:


  • Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements, focusing on Financial Accounting (FI) sub-modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) and Controlling (CO) sub-modules (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis).
  • Conduct system configurations, updates, and enhancements based on best practices and user requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP FICO-related issues, troubleshooting, and optimizing configurations for maximum performance.

SAP Rebate and Settlement :


  • Rebate Management - Configure and maintain rebate agreements in SAP, monitor rebate accurals and calculate settlement, collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align rebate structures with business goals
  • Settlement processing - Process rebate settlement in a timely manner , ensure accuracy of financial posting and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Generate reports for rebate claims and settlement.
