About the team


The Corporate Business Architecture team provides employees with tools to help them develop, sell and implement FinTech solutions to FIS clients. We digitally transform the efficiency and effectiveness of how FIS employees get their work done through FIS' Future Forward Program. 


What you will be doing:


  • Scrum Framework Facilitation: Guide and coach the Scrum Team and organization on Agile and Scrum practices. Ensure adherence to Scrum roles, ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective), and artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Increment).
  • Team Empowerment: Empower the Scrum Team to self-organize and make decisions collaboratively. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.
  • Collaboration: Promote collaboration between team members and across different teams or departments. Encourage open communication and transparency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Facilitate and participate in Sprint Retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance team performance.
  • Product Owner Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the Product Backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for Sprint Planning.

What you bring:


  • Relevant experience of 7 to 10 years, preferably in IT Industry
  • Must Know: Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, Office Productivity Tools(MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint for documentation, data analysis, presentation and communication), Burndown Charts and Velocity Tracking tools, retrospective tool
  • Good to Know: JIRA, SSMS, Vision, Pencil, Draw.io, Power BI, SharePoint
  • Agile Methodology: Expertise in iterative development, user story creation, active participation in Agile ceremonies, and fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams to deliver value incrementally.
  • SAFe Methodology (Good to know): Understanding the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework and aligning business requirements with the SAFe framework to ensure successful large-scale Agile implementations.
