In this role your responsibilities will include Architectural designs, master planning, space planning and should have ability and hands on experience to work on schematic/statutory/ working drawings and 2D /3D Presentation. Preparation of Item description and Specification for Arch BOQ Items for Tender, including cost estimates. Shall have knowledge of statutory regulations, LEED/ IGBC certifications requirements, hygiene, and sustainability related design concepts/requirements. Global architectural practices / domain knowledge preferable to be able to check & review our global engineering partner’s drawings & documents. Shall have ability to evaluate the scope of works, efforts to completion, change management, Design coordination with all other disciplines. Shall be able to extract and gather the inputs required from other discipline to develop the master plan/ plot plan and Architectural layouts. Shall be able to guide and mentor the team, identifying and imparting training to enhance the skills and capabilities. Ensures and drives Company policies and Project Objectives Basic knowledge of Interior design and Landscape
Roles and Responsibilities
This role is a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and project management. The Section Manager – Architecture is expected to Lead and mentor teams. Ensure design excellence and compliance. Manage resources and budgets and drive BIM adoption. Oversee procurement and vendor coordination. Act as a client-facing representative, and champion sustainability and global best practices. Shall be able to develop Façade & Fenestration, Interiors, Sanitation and plumbing conceptualization to detail engineering including options for look and feel, walkthroughs, presentations etc. Conceptualization, preparation of various options meeting the Uptime Institute’s Tier standards.
Education: B.Arch (Registered under India Council of Architecture)
Relevant Experience: 20+ Years
