Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions aligned with business and security requirements
Administer and secure Active Directory (AD), including:
User, group, and role management
GPOs, OU structure, and access controls
AD security hardening and audits
Implement and operate Privileged Identity Management (PIM):
Role-based access
Just-in-Time (JIT) access
Approval workflows and access reviews
Implement and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions:
Vaulting, credential rotation, and session monitoring
Privileged account onboarding and lifecycle management
Conduct access reviews, certifications, and audits
Monitor and respond to IAM-related security events and incidents
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal security standards
Work closely with SOC, Infra, Cloud, and Application teams
Lead IAM-related incident response and root cause analysis
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams
Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD)
Azure AD / Entra ID (preferred)
LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect
Certifications (preferred):
Microsoft Identity & Access Administrator
CyberArk / PAM certifications
CISSP / CISM (added advantage)
Experience in cloud IAM (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Automation using PowerShell / Python
Understanding of Zero Trust architecture
ITIL / service management experience
Experience handling audits and regulatory requirements
