Own end-to-end delivery of cyber security services
Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments
Act as the primary client interface for service delivery matters
Lead operational governance forums, service reviews, and steering meetings
Manage incident, problem, and change management processes
Drive service performance reporting and dashboards
Coordinate across SOC, Engineering, Infra, Cloud, and GRC teams
Identify service risks and implement mitigation plans
Support onboarding of new services and transitions
Drive continuous service improvement initiatives
Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution
Support renewals, audits, and service expansion discussions
Strong experience in managed cyber security services
Knowledge of SOC operations, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, IAM, Cloud Security
Strong understanding of ITIL service management
Excellent client communication and stakeholder management
Experience managing large, distributed operations teams
ITIL Expert / ITIL 4
