Role

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our Engineering team in a hybrid capacity at our Bangalore office, reporting to the Senior Manager, Data Science. You will help build and enhance the world’s largest cloud security platform, leveraging our multitenant architecture to support over 15 million users across 185 countries. Your work will enable organizations worldwide to harness speed and agility through a cloud-first strategy focused on regression modeling and AI infrastructure.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Design and automate regression-based evaluation systems for large language models and predictive ML services

  
  

• Develop statistical pipelines to monitor model drift, bias, and performance trends, and analyze outputs to drive actionable insights for improvements

  
  

• Collaborate with ML and product teams to benchmark and fine-tune models for generative AI, anomaly detection, and customer analytics

  
  

• Partner with DevOps to deploy evaluation and monitoring tools on AWS or GCP infrastructure and build dashboards to visualize performance metrics

  
  

• Document evaluation methodologies and standardize validation frameworks while staying updated on advances in regression evaluation and scalable ML measurement

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

  
  

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or model evaluation focused on regression analysis and reliability

  
  

• Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) with expertise in performance metrics, A/B testing, and model drift analysis

  
  

• Experience with AWS or GCP and deploying evaluation systems using EKS, ECS, SageMaker, or Vertex AI

  
  

• Proven ability to develop automated regression testing and monitoring systems for production ML pipelines

  
  

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD for ML pipelines, and monitoring tools such as MLflow, Weights & Biases, or Prometheus

  
  

• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Plotly, Streamlit, or Power BI paired with strong cross-functional communication skills

  
  

• A deep passion for building reliable, explainable, and measurable AI systems using time-series regression and causal inference
