Overview


JLL’s APAC Pursuits team is a high-performance group of business development pitching strategists. We are focused on driving revenue growth, and do this by equipping, enriching and enabling our business teams to grow. Through introducing and leading a strategic and innovative methodology for winning new business, we achieve significant results with each team we partner with.


As part of the team, your primary role will be to oversee the development, and ongoing management of the APAC Pursuits team’s content library. This includes supporting on the development and management of Pursuits’ online pitch management platform, as well as Pursuits’ central repository for best-in-class content at both an APAC and country level.


Duties & responsibilities


What this job involves


  • Working with the APAC Proposal Centre of Excellence team (the Bid CoE), APAC Pursuits in-country team, and Business Line SMEs, support on the ongoing collation, development, and updating of critical baseline content including but not limited to CVs, Track records, case studies, quotes, organisation charts, awards, core business statistics.
  • Manage the Pursuits team’s content library / central repositories for pitch and presentation baseline responses and templates. Ensure all materials are regularly updated to drive a more effective and streamlined process for the creation of tenders and proposals.
  • Manage the APAC Pursuits team’s online pitch management platform. Develop, own, and continuously improve materials on the platform, ensuring all content is accurate and current.
  • Contribute to the development of slides for live pitches, by working collaboratively with the CoE, Graphic Design team, and APAC Pursuits team.
  • Identify unique questions and responses in completed bids, and update baseline / templates with new content.
  • Develop, own, execute and continuously improve processes and protocols to ensure that materials in the central repositories and the pitching platform are accurate and up-to-date.

Key skills


  • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
  • Copywriting experience
  • Attention to detail and proof reading
  • Content/knowledge management and experience in creating lists/libraries/sites
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel); proficiency in formatting/design will be a plus

Employee specification


  • Post-Graduate, with excellent academic credentials
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience, including content management from a journalism, or professional services firm
