Overall Responsibilities:- Support Business Intelligence and Reporting initiatives by creating specifications and requirements.
- Develop data dictionary documents for Business Intelligence systems to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Manage and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders.
- Perform data analysis and profiling to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Facilitate data exchanges and integrations across various platforms.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, business intelligence, data science, and data development teams to deliver actionable insights.

- Extensive experience in technical business analysis within the financial industry.
- Proven ability to capture business requirements and convert them into actionable technical specifications for development teams.
Data Analysis:
- Proficient in analyzing data sources utilizing SQL and data profiling tools.
- Strong SQL knowledge with the capacity to review and debug stored procedure code.
Documentation Skills: Proficient in creating Data Flow diagrams, Data Dictionaries, Data Mapping documents, and other relevant documentation.
Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of database principles and data warehousing concepts.
ETL and Integration: Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration frameworks to support data movement.
Collaboration and User Facilitation:
- Experience working collaboratively with reporting and business intelligence teams.
- Ability to facilitate internal end-user training for proficiency in business intelligence tools.
Experience:- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in the financial sector.
- Proven track record of managing reporting and analytical processes within a collaborative team environment.
Day-to-Day Activities:- Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Analyze and document business processes and requirements for data systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation such as data dictionaries and data flow diagrams.
- Review SQL queries and stored procedures to ensure correctness and efficiency.
- Facilitate training sessions for end users on BI tools and reports.
- Maintain communication with various teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Qualification:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Data Analysis are preferred.
