The Senior Analyst will be responsible for delivering high quality insights and will manage cross-functional Competitive Intelligence projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, problem-solving skills, project management experience and be a clear communicator.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct research and analysis on competitor activities, market trends, and industry best practices to help inform business strategy.

  
  
  

• Query large dataset and translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations.

  
  
  

• Continuously improve and innovate the competitive intelligence function by identifying new data sources and enhancing existing analytics capabilities.

  
  
  

• Own and regular regular internal communications consolidating insights from various teams.

  
  
  

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track and analyze KPIs and performance metrics

  
  
  

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a numerical discipline: Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field

  
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, business analytics, or related field

  
  
  

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Excel, and Powerpoint

  
  
  

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage interactions with senior stakeholders

  
  
  

• Demonstrated experience in successfully managing projects.

  
  
  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner, both written and verbal.
