Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5-8+ years in analytics / BI roles with strong exposure to the Microsoft Power BI Suite.
  • Deep hands-on experience in SQL: complex joins, aggregations, window functions, subqueries, optimizations.
  • Solid experience with Power BI: semantic modelling, DAX, Power Query (M), report/dashboard design, RLS, publishing.
  • Understanding of data warehousing / ETL architecture (ODS / staging / fact & dimension layers).
  • Demonstrated ability to work on end-to-end projects: gathering requirements, specifying, implementing, testing, and monitoring dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to engage with both technical and non-technical international audiences.
  • Proven problem solving and performance tuning skills: recognizing bottlenecks, refactoring models or queries as needed.
  • Certifications :
    • Mandatory: PL-300 (Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate)
    • Preferred: PL-200: Power Platform Functional Consultant or PL-600: Power Platform Solution     

Nice to Have


  • Experience in cloud analytics environments (Azure preferred).
  • Familiarity with tools enhancing BI model maintenance (Tabular Editor, DAX Studio, ALM / version control for BI assets).
