Responsibilities Analyse large-scale digital marketing and e-commerce datasets using PySpark, Python, SQL and Databricks. Build, maintain, and optimize machine learning models for forecasting, classification, and optimization using algorithms like logistic regression, linear regression, lasso, k-means, and random forest. Conduct incrementality and causal inference analysis as applicable. Prototype and integrate AI/LLM-driven solutions into internal workflows. Collaborate with global teams to develop scalable and reusable code and models. Partner with stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver business impact. Perform code reviews and maintain version control using GitLab. Create dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos that distill analysis into clear and actionable insights. Ensure reproducibility and quality through rigorous testing, documentation, and automation practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., data science, statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science). 4+ years of professional experience in data science or business intelligence. 3+ years of hands-on experience with PySpark, Python, SQL, and AWS. 2+ years of applying machine learning algorithms in production settings. Preferred: Industry experience in Ad Tech, MarTech, e-commerce. Experience with MLflow or similar tools for model tracking and deployment. Exposure to advanced analytics techniques such as multi-touch attribution, market mix modeling, fraud analytics, customer journey analysis, churn modeling, segmentation, hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and recommendation engines.
