Your impact

ROLE: 

BIM Structural Modeler, as a part of multi-disciplinary projects teams, is responsible to provide drafting support to technically challenging projects. Technician would create 2D drawings and 3D models and shall be responsible for the technical quality of his own work and would focus on compliance with project objectives and quality standards.

EXPERIENCE: 

Experience in preparing minimum LOD 300 REVIT Documentation (3D and 2D), general arrangement drawings, Composite steel drawings, Structural Steel Drawings, Reinforcement Drawings, and Reinforcement Detailing. Experience in Precast will be an advantage must have experience on international projects self-motivated, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Experience in BIM management as an additional skill will be preferred. 

Here's what you'll need

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

➢ Work on detailed drawings for a range of projects to create 2D drawing and 3D models and support, mentor and train other members of the drafting team in accomplishing complex tasks.  

➢ Need to coordinate with project managers and/or engineers for BIM documentation and drafting work in a given project. 

➢ Responsible for technical correctness, project standard compliance and timely delivery of the drawings and documents. 

➢ Exercises self-discipline and work ethics  

➢ Respect and follow company policies and procedures 

➢ Liaise with Architecture, MEP and other disciplines 

➢ Familiar with Programs: REVIT Archi and REVIT MEP for coordination of models, Navisworks for checking of models 

• Has in depth knowledge of building structural elements. 
• BIM Knowledge as per best-industry practice, hands-on experience in 3D modelling and scheduling, multi-D coordination and documentation, BIM setup for a project and execution and monitoring.
