Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer – App Engine (Custom Applications) Location: NCR, India Experience: 5+ years Employment Type: Full Time Role Overview Seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer specializing in custom enterprise applications on the ServiceNow App Engine platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering at least one complete custom application project and possess deep technical expertise in ServiceNow development practices. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement custom applications on ServiceNow App Engine. • Work with architects and business analysts to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions. • Configure workflows, UI policies, client/server scripts, and integrations for optimal application performance. • Create and maintain reusable components and enforce ServiceNow development standards. • Conduct code reviews and maintain version control. • Collaborate with testing, deployment, and support teams for delivery and post-go-live support. • Stay updated on ServiceNow platform releases to leverage new capabilities in custom development. Required Skills and Experience • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. • Proven track record delivering at least one complete custom application using ServiceNow App Engine. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer. • Skills in ServiceNow Studio, Application Scoping, App Engine Studio, and integration (REST/SOAP). • Familiarity with UI policies, ACLs, business rules, and domain separation. • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is preferred. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
