Purchase management quality in purchasing (PMQ) in the area of Comman Rail Pumps
- Planning and execution of preventive quality and release measures for purchased parts for specific raw materials and projects worldwide
- Safeguarding compliance with Bosch quality requirements at the supplier and its sub- suppliers during the Product development process and for release
- Active participation in the SE team of product development.
- Conducts and contributes into technical supplier discussions and awarding decisions.
- Planning and execution of ramp-up management, Safe launch /EPC
- Ensures quality of purchased parts in close collaboration with suppliers. Defines actions to achieve targets
- Professional support for the team to solve complex technical versatile quality topics for the allocated commodities
- Performs lessons learned activities for continuous improvement and coordinates with other Bosch sites
- Report project status up to management level
Bachelor's degree or higher with engineering background.
- Good knowledge and experience with quality methods and tools (PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC), especially with preventive quality planning (PQP).
- Experience with manufacturing processes (plastic injection molding, electromechanical assemblies, stamping and forming, aluminum die casting, machining and grinding etc.).
- Fluent English and good communication skills
- Analytic thinking, systematic and solution-oriented working approach
- High interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, motivation and assertiveness
- Willingness to travel (within and outside the home country)
