Job description

  1. Instrumentation commissioning engineer experienced in Water Treatment Systems.
  2. Knowledge for understanding P&ID, E&I-relevant layouts, Loop diagram, logic diagram, control scheme etc.
  3. Coordinating PLC SCADA/ DCS  FAT with Vendors/Customer and internal stake holders.
  4. Familiar with DCS/PLC system for programming and trouble shooting.
  5. Hands on experience for commissioning of Analyzers.
  6. Experience for commissioning of flow, pressure, temperature, level instruments.
  7. Hands on experience for commissioning and troubleshooting of pneumatic control valves and On/off valves.
  8. Experience on commissioning PA, Telephone and FDA system.
  9. Execute or supervise the loop checks and functional checks of the E&I system.
  10. Familiar with concepts like RCA, FMEA, Hazop. 
  11. Carry out documentation checks.
  12. Provide guidance and technical support to resolve E&I-construction problems.
  13. Accompany the completion of the project with punch lists and acceptance protocols, preparation or checking of as-built drawings, cost and project reconciliation and take part in the lessons learned session at the end of the project.
  14. Work permit procedure includes following all HSE norms for goal toward zero accidents goal.
  15. Handled startup, shutdown and Emergency operations.
  16. Preparation of daily & monthly report.
  17. SOP updating and preparations.
  18. Conducting safety mock drills and participation in safety audits.
  19. Should have good communication, good decision-making, analytical skill, team leading skill etc.
