js, and TypeScript Build reusable, modular, and well-tested UI components Implement SSR, SSG, and ISR using Next.
js for performance and SEO Ensure application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility Integrate frontend applications with REST/GraphQL APIs Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture Work in an Agile environment with continuous integration and delivery Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of experience in frontend development Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript Extensive hands-on experience with React Solid experience with Next.
js (SSR, SSG, routing, performance optimization) Experience with modern state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query, etc.
) Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern styling approaches (CSS Modules, Tailwind, Styled Components, etc.
) Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling Knowledge of Git and modern CI/CD practices Good to Have Experience with micro-frontend architecture Exposure to GraphQL Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) Experience working in product-based or consultancy-driven environments Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) Understanding of performance monitoring and optimization tools What We Value at Mindera Strong engineering mindset and craftsmanship Clean code, testing, and maintainability Open communication and collaboration Continuous learning and improvement
