Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Digital Implementations Support SME - Accounts Payable
This role requires an accounting graduate with excellent process and digital tool Knowledge in AP Domain and should have functional experience in leading AP workflow deployments in previous role.
Responsibilities
You shall be responsible for all the activities related to Accounts Payable process which include but are not exhaustive:
Participation and Drive Requirements/Design discussions for Agentic AP Suite Implementation, collect input on current processes and validate To- Be Design
Review and validate business process and design documentation. Review and update training documentation.
Train business functional owners/super users with new processes
Execute and facilitate testing for all business scenarios/test cases
Provide technical guidance and share knowledge on processes and systems to Operational team
Hyper-Care Support to AP/Business users during and after Go-Live for stabilization.
Ensure process controls are built with the new system design as appropriate.
Monitor key KPIs and metrics during cutover and go live
Proactively identify risks during system design and implementation and determine mitigation plan
Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives to maximize tool benefits
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
B. Com Graduate (MBA – Finance preferred)
Experience in end-to-end AP domain with techno-functional skills and minimum years’ experience in Digital Tool Implementations
Required qualifications
Strong AP domain experience
Experience of Implementing AP Workflow solutions (CORA AP Flow, Basware or equivalent)
Excellent Communication skills and the ability to drive client discussions in different geographies
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel and PowerPoint
Good analytical, problem solving & decision-making skills
High level of energy and enthusiasm with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
Working knowledge of latest AI capabilities in AP domain
Preferred qualifications
Exposure to JD Edwards ERP
Experience in a shared services or multinational environment
Experience in managing AP operations team.
Exposure to AP Processes in EMEA and APAC regions.
