Role Summary:
We are on the lookout for a Senior Manager  of client services & brand strategy to lead our client servicing team. You will be the bridge between our clients and our creative teams, ensuring seamless communication, project execution, and client satisfaction. This role demands a mix of strategic insight, business acumen, and a deep understanding of advertising, digital marketing and creative content production.
Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the client services team, setting high standards for client engagement, project management, and service delivery.
  • Act as a senior advisor to key clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and market opportunities to provide strategic guidance and solutions.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget, maintaining the agency's reputation for excellence.
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth and new business development.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative, content, strategy, and production teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to all client projects.
  • Monitor and report on client and project performance, providing insights and recommendations to both clients and internal teams.
  • Lead pitch teams in developing and presenting proposals for new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the overall leadership and strategic direction of the agency.
  • Maintain a healthy P&L for the team ensuring high efficiency, performance and profitability
  • Lead and encourage teams to perform to the best of their ability
  • Manage team's work flow and load
  • Manage team expectations and take active interest in their personal & professional development
  • Ensure timely team reviews & OKRs
    Technical Skills:
  • Significant experience in professional client relationship management
  • A solid background in digital content, digital marketing or advertising
  • The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
  • A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Effective team management capabilities
  • A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
  • The willingness to note relevant trends and develop ideas
  • Exceptional presentation skills to develop ideas and concepts into compelling campaign lead strategies
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and adaptability
  • Ability to drive creative direction and vision for multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of how video content development works is an advantage
  • Should be well adept with global & Indian trends, formats and developments in branded content
    Qualifications and Prior Experience:
  • At least 9-12 years of experience in building creative digital branded content campaigns at a publisher, agency or media house
  • Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile
  • Proven experience with concept development including long form Content
  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
  • Track record of creating ideas for global or large regional brands. Previous work experience on alcohol brands is a plus
  • Expertise in social best practice across all platforms.
  • Have deep knowledge in running a 360-campaign, from strategy development to tactical execution (including AV/trailers, digital/social, OTT)
