Senior Network Engineer will join Teva's Network Engineering team and will be responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, and supporting Teva Global Network systems (Data Center network, Campus LAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, Advance IP services, Load Balancing). Will provide high-level technical support for network systems, including development of network documentation, Will lead projects in order to upgrade to new and/or improved Network equipment and procedures and will provide support and training to our network operations team. The role will be an individual contributor.
• Build Network design and architecture in global environment including documents
• Review HLD & LLD documents
• Lead global network projects End to End
• Install, configure, analyze, and upgrade network equipment (including wan/SD-WAN routers, switches, wireless controllers, datacenter network)
• Perform preventative maintenance for the network in global environment
• Perform assessment of network performance, technology gaps and recommend remediation actions
• Provide troubleshooting expertise for network problems including performance analysis, WAN/LAN / Security vulnerabilities and equipment malfunctions
• Utilize network monitoring tools to diagnose faults and to analyze performance
• Work with compute, datacenter, security, unified communication, cloud and application teams to design network solutions to meet the needs for different projects
Minimum of 6 years of experience (8+ years preferred) in Network Engineering and related technologies (WAN, datacenter networks and campus LAN) preferably in a global enterprise
• Strong network engineering experience
• Experience working for large global companies is preferred
• SME level knowledge in campus LAN, wireless technologies
• High level internetworking problem solving in an enterprise level network environment
• Fundamental experience with networking environments, routers, switches, wireless, mainly Cisco and Aruba
• Deep understanding of following technologies: IP Protocols (ICMP, UDP, TCP), IP filtering and firewalling, Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF), Quality of Service, MPLS, Ethernet
• Cisco CCNP or equivalent higher certificate – Required
• Cisco CCIE Certificate – Preferred
• Experience with Aruba wireless – Big advantage
• Experience with public Cloud, AWS, Azure – Preferred
• Experience with Cisco ACI - Preferred
• Experience with SD-WAN technology (VMware SD-WAN preferred) – Preferred
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Experience in a multi cultural environment – Preferred
