Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Introduction to Role:
Are you ready to leverage technology to impact patients and ultimately save lives? We are seeking a SAP Senior Project Manager for our world leading pharmaceutical company, operating in over 100 countries and headquartered in the United Kingdom. As part of our SAP team, you will be delivering projects across several SAP landscapes globally. You will work closely with various IT and business teams, owning and delivering Project Management activities, ensuring they conform to agreed time, cost, and quality specifications.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will develop project approaches, detailed project plans, cost budgets and timelines that support the Delivery teams. You will ensure that an assigned project is appropriately constructed with well-defined deliverables and work streams. You will identify, assess, and escalate risks to the success of the project, ensuring cost-effective and prompt resolution of issues. You will also monitor costs, timescales, resources used and the performance of team members, acting where these deviate from agreed levels and tolerances.
Recent and relevant experience of at-least 2-5 years of project management in SAP projects with a track record of delivering to required standards
Strong knowledge on working with SAP Solution Manager
Strong SAP experience in any functional or technical modules, preferably Functional
Good working understanding on Microsoft Project Plan
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive approach to problem solving
Experience working in globally distributed team
Strong Collaborator Leadership skills
Excellent Teammate, with experience in working with cross cultural teams
Hands on experience in preparing Planning artefacts (Project Management Document, Configuration Management plan, Quality Management Plan, Project Schedule, Resource Plan, Training Plan, Communication Plan, Risk & issue Management Plan)
Exposure to Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) / Root Cause Analysis / Ishikawa Diagrams / Pareto Analysis
Experience working in a shared service environment
PMP certification preferred
Certified Scrum Master / Familiar with Agile Methodology
Basic Understanding on SIX SIGMA CONCEPTS
