We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Quality Engineer/SDET to join Procore’s Go-to-Market system team responsible for the architecture, development, administration, and maintenance of Salesforce.com and related technologies and integrations. Salesforce is critical to the success of our Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing teams and you’ll play a key role in managing the quality of this system.


As a Salesforce Quality Engineer/SDET, you’ll partner with Salesforce Developers,  Administrators, and Revenue Operations Analysts to ensure the highest quality of our Go-to-Market systems. Successful candidates have experience administering Salesforce.com and have eagle-eye attention to detail and experience with ensuring Salesforce.com configuration and customizations are implemented correctly. We work with strict deadlines so strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional time management and task execution skills are key.


This position will report to the Manager GTM Systems and will be based in our Pune, India Procore office. We’re looking for candidates to join us immediately. 


What you’ll do: 


  • Develop and execute test plans of configurations and customizations during each sprint to ensure the exceptional quality of Procore’s Go-to-Market and Salesforce.com solutions.
  • Work closely with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Understand and account for the intricacies and interdependencies of Salesforce processes and customizations when verifying changes.
  • Implement automated testing integrated into our DevOps lifecycle -- design, develop and maintain test automation scripts with Provar.
  • Keep up-to-date on quality engineering and Salesforce industry best practices and trends to drive ongoing improvements to Procore’s Salesforce.com platform.

What we’re looking for: 


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5-8+ years experience in quality engineering. Prefer at least 4 years focused on functional and regression testing of Go-to-Market systems (Salesforce.com) and related integrations.
  • Knowledge of quality methodologies including functional, performance, regression, black-box, and white-box testing.
  • Solid understanding of test automation technologies (Selenium WebDriver API,  XPath, JUnit). Experience implementing test scripts with Provar is a strong plus.
  • Innovative problem solver with top-notch troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, a high degree of motivation, and deadline-driven productivity.
  • Coding experience with Java, JavaScript, Ruby, or Python and the ability to create sophisticated test automation is a plus.
  • Hands-on knowledge and understanding of DevOps tools and technologies such as GIT and experience with Salesforce release, pipeline management, and CI/CD processes is a plus.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Developer certifications are a strong plus.
