The Global Information Security Advisory department is based in Digital, Data, and IT (DD&IT) in Denmark. You will be part of a global information security community with colleagues located primarily in India, Denmark, and the USA. Our team consists of leading experts in various areas ranging from network security, white hat hacking, cloud security, cryptography, security operations, acquisitions & integrations, to manufacturing security and security risk management and governance. We partner with the line of business across the value chain to build security into the business processes, collaborating with specialists in other areas including Enterprise Architects and Data Specialists. As security partners, we engage with stakeholders to understand their priorities and identify and manage risks.

As an Advance Service Manager I, you will:
Manage IT Security services, ensuring services are obtained according to contractual obligations with vendors. Evaluate feasibility of concepts and services from vendors and adapt them to Novo Nordisk usage. Drive PoC internally to enhance service. Actively participate in defining service strategy, service roadmap, and risk management in cooperation with stakeholders. Ensure that the Security Service complies with relevant internal and external requirements.
Bridge the gap between end users’ needs and the vendor supplying the service to Novo Nordisk, ensuring competitive terms. Engage in close dialogue with users and stakeholders globally to understand needs and usage patterns, recommending changes to IT security services and/or investments in latest technologies. Manage large and medium implementation projects. Handle Service Management of Security Services such as Trellix ePO, Trellix appl Whitelisting, Trellix CETP & DLP, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoints (MDE).
