Job TitleSenior Specialist I - System IntegrationJob Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to


Designs, develops, evaluates, and conducts integration, Automated testing, and verification activities of (elements of) products with focus on software aspects and concludes this with formal reporting. Defines, implements, and maintains reliable and reproducible testing methodologies and equipment, ensuring compliance with quality requirements.


You are responsible for


  • Verify that delivered software builds/baselines fulfill the defined quality criteria in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline during development phase.


  • In case quality criteria are not met, perform initial troubleshooting and analysis. Followed by informing the involved disciplines so that appropriate action(s) can be started to solve the issue.


  • Analyze, interpret, and report test results for both product integration, verification, validation and release purposes.


  • Provide (pro-active) feedback to development and system design about the delivered software builds/baselines and efficiency of the CI/CD pipeline


  • Contribute to improvements in test ware, supporting tools and test processes


  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with other departments within research & development (R&D), service and manufacturing stakeholders.


  • Looking for test automation improvements to make troubleshooting, analysis, reporting and information sharing simpler and faster.


  • Develop, execute and archive objective, reproducible and maintainable test designs and test protocols for system integration (e.g. test protocols/scripts):


  • By using test design methods, techniques and tools (ISTQB foundation)


  • Applying (medical) domain knowledge and regulatory rules (e.g. FDA, ISO)


You are a part of


Integration Team


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience


  • Someone with proven ISEB/ISTQB Foundation level knowledge


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or other relevant discipline


  • 9+ years of experience on test discipline, test strategy.


  • Someone with in-depth knowledge of test processes, strategies & techniques as well as regulatory rules and experience.


  • Someone with detailed understanding of Risk Analysis, Test Design and Test Techniques & Methods


  • Prior experience of playing the role of test lead is preferred


  • Experience in healthcare product /System testing is preferred


  • Good understanding of the defect management procedures and tools.


  • Good understanding of configuration management & related tools is required.


  • Expertise in test strategy, test design skills and able to guide the team on these.


  • Strong knowledge on the healthcare standards and its relevance to verification and validation activities.


  • Good understanding/experience of the healthcare/Interoperability standards is advantage.

  • Shall be very good technically; possess systems mindset and good problem solving abilities.
