The position
As a Senior System Manager which is anchored in HR IT Platforms team for the SAP SuccessFactors platform, you will be responsible for below activities:


  • Interact with system team, delivery teams in Product Owner Digital delivery set-up, business process owners, product managers, scrum masters, product owners and various other stakeholders and vendors.
  • Serve as the primary contact for addressing user and stakeholder issues/queries and manage audits/inspections which includes General Internal Audit (GIA), Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SarbOx), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Oversee the daily support to users and line of business is provided uninterrupted and required to create, update and maintain various system documentations like User Requirement Specification (URS), Functional Design Specification (FDS), User requirements review (URR), Information Technology Risk Assessment (ITRA).
  • Accountable for configuring the system based on design documents and managing change management including system upgrades and enhancements in alignment with release schedules from the vendor and Business Owners.
  • Expected to oversee license management, maintain system budget control, report budget numbers, and manage vendor and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications


  • Postgraduate/graduate degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules particularly Role-Based Permissions (RBP), security and compliance.
  • Over 10 years of experience with 8+ years specifically in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Profound knowledge of ITIL, Incident, Problem, Change Management processes.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or relevant industry with a strong business understanding.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SarbOx), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), validation and compliance.
  • Proven track record in managing service level agreements with customers and vendors, as well as budget responsibilities.

You will be organizationally placed in HR DD&IT in GBS, and you will report to the local Head of HR IT Platforms. The internal IT systems in Novo Nordisk support our 55,000 colleagues globally and our 5,000 managers. Our goal is to create intuitive user experience and business value for our colleagues using these systems. We are anchored in DD&IT Staffs in the global Digital, Data & IT organization.
