This position is part of the Service team located in Bangalore and will be working remotely in managing the customer base in the region.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:


  • Respond to customer complaints in the region; evaluate and resolve problems of the customer in coordination with other stakeholders.


  • Attending Installation, breakdown calls, Preventive maintenance, Technical upgrades, analyses, Product demonstration and User Training and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands in coordination with other stakeholders. Maintenance & Service call attendance across the region


  • Generating service revenue through sale of Spares, Live Care Packs, Live Connect Remote Support & Yearly Service kit.


  • Provides customers with regular feedback on their service requests; develops and maintains relations with customers via service visits and develop healthy customer support.


The Essential requirements of the job include:


  • Degree/Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, or related field is preferable.
    2-4 Year prior field experience in medical devices industry or related field will be an advantage.


  • Familiarity with electrical or mechanical procedures that may have an effect on the products being purchased


  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in order to relay the problem and solution to customers. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
