About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Product Lead to join our team of HR-IDS. You will play a critical role in driving the success of our ServiceNow platform by providing strategic guidance, leading enhancements, and managing projects. The Product Lead role will work as the SME of HRSD module.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for all ServiceNow, with a deep understanding of HRSD (Onboarding, Offboarding, Chatboat and other HR Modules).
  • Lead all the configuration related changes (enhnacements/ projects) withing HRSD module space with various teams like Product Owners, External HRSD SMEs, Project Managers, SCRUM Managers, Support and Business users.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of ServiceNow (HRSD) enhancements/ projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
  • Work closely with SNOW Product Owners across the organization to gather requirements, define project scope, and create detailed project plans.
  • Design and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications to optimize ServiceNow for HRSD and other relevant processes.
  • Lead overall SNOW development to manage all the enhnacements and projects efficiently
  • Conduct thorough testing of configurations and customizations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to support team members, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues and ensure the smooth operation of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing functionalities.
  • Lead overall impact analysis caused due to new releases within HRSD space
  • Maintain all the Tech specification documents/ config books
  • Maintain all the logs on DevOps platform for userstories
  • Monitor system performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement necessary improvements.
  • Work closely with external support/ enhancement teams

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-7 years of experience working with ServiceNow in a developer and administrator capacity. Atleast 3+ years of experience within HRSD Module.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing ServiceNow projects and Enhancements.
  • In-depth knowledge of HRSD best practices and principles.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration options and customization capabilities (Glide, UI Policies, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of DevOps for end to end Projects and Enhancement Management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
