Description -



Seeking a highly experienced, self-directed Senior Global Technology Consultant to design, develop, and deliver advanced solutions for HP Enterprise Operations Factory Services, focusing on Windows deployment, automation, and enterprise hardware/software integration. This role demands strong technical depth, customer-facing consulting skills, and project management experience.
 



Key Responsibilities:



  • Architect and deploy Windows 10/11 images using SCCM, Intune, and custom automation for enterprise environments.



  • Design and implement automated deployment workflows, PowerShell scripts, and custom tooling for customer and internal HP use.



  • Provide technical consulting to global enterprise customers, including developing and delivering workshops, pilots, and proofs of concept.



  • Manage projects end-to-end, including scoping, documentation, testing, customer training, and follow-up.



  • Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues on HP platforms, collaborating with engineering and support teams as needed.



  • Develop and maintain global service offerings and tools, ensuring consistent quality and scalability across customers.



  • Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, technical documentation, quoting, and solution design for customer engagements.



  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Windows servicing models, BIOS/firmware management, driver packaging, and networking relevant to large-scale enterprise deployments.



  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders, balancing technical depth with business outcomes.



  • Mentor team members and support knowledge sharing across the team and regions.
     



Qualifications:



  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in Windows deployment and management (SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, MDT).



  • Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills, with a focus on scalable, reusable tooling.



  • Strong knowledge of Personal Compute hardware platforms, BIOS management, and firmware update processes.



  • Experience with networking concepts and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.



  • Proven ability to create clear, concise technical documentation and customer-facing materials.



  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, managing multiple concurrent projects.



  • Experience delivering technical workshops and customer training.



  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a global team.



  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers at both technical and business levels.
     



Education & Experience Recommended:



  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.



  • Experience with Windows deployment intricacies and issue resolution.



  • Experience designing or maintaining globally consumed deployment scripts and service tools.



  • Familiarity with cloud-based management (Azure, MEM) and hybrid deployment models.
