MAIN RESPONSABILITIES  

Development of SharePoint apps, PowerApps , Power Automate and customization of SharePoint features using SharePoint Framework, ASP.Net,, C# , JavaScript, PowerShell etc. Along with development, additionally support functionalities , migration activities, connecting with business users, communication etc

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Ability to work equally well with a team and independently and drive multiple topics

• IT Skills: SharePoint On-Prem, Online, Power Platform (Apps and Automate), SP Designer, Teams
• Language Skills: C#, HTML, ASP.Net, Typescript, JavaScript, jQuery, CSOM, SSOM
• 6-8 years of development and support experience managing teams required
• SharePoint certificates
• Proactive attitude to communicate and respond in timely manner
• Proficiency on Service Now incident, change, problem and release management
• Strong analytical skills for solving complex problems independently
• Should have strong technical experience of SharePoint Online and custom development along with out of the box features
• Custom development of workflows using Power Automates
• Custom development of Apps using Power Apps
• Migration of Lotus Notes to SharePoint Online using Quest tool
• Migration of older versions of SharePoint to SharePoint Online
• Migration of file server to SharePoint Online
• Support activities like incident management, enhancement works.
• Coordination with Business Users and IS&T and Microsoft
• Working on P1/P2 tickets with experience and knowledge
• Should be able to develop custom applications using SharePoint Framework
• Should be able to create workflows using power automates and apps.
• Should have end to end knowledge on SharePoint Online (all OOTB features)
• Should have migration experience from on-prem to online, lotus notes to Online
• Should have knowledge on page creation, articles, News, document management
• Should have depth knowledge in SharePoint Search.
• Deliver on the technical requirements and success criteria for service delivery by working with the customer
• Ensure operations of all SharePoint applications are as per SLAs
• Participate and lead any P1/P2 incidents pertaining to applications in production
• Prepare support documentation and training materials for end users of document management systems.
• Prepare recommendations for decisions-making at Change Control Board. Represent as service owner and decision approver of respective portfolio.
