Job Description

As an  Engineer, you will collaborate with other Engineers, Development teams & 
Scrum Masters to realize critical business goals and be part of a team of smart, highly skilled 
technologists who are passionate about learning, data mining and prototyping cutting-edge 
technologies. 
We develop mostly in Python and what we do is to help our Research team to put in 
production ML models, so we work mostly in building training pipelines (mostly in AzureML), integrating inference codes, and providing tools and patterns for enhancing our MLOps cycle.



Responsibilities:


  • Create and maintain a scalable infrastructure to deliver AI/ML processes, responding to the user requests in near real time.
  • Develop the pipelines for training and deployment of ML models.
  • Co-ordinate with the leads to perform feasibility studies/analysis with a critical point of view and support & maintain (troubleshoot issues with data and 
  • applications).
  • Co-ordinating with other engineers, fostering good engineering practices within the team.
  • Working with data scientists and a variety of end-users (across diverse cultures) to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
  • Work as a member of a team, encouraging team building, motivation and cultivating effective team relations.
  • Use distributed computing to validate and process large volumes of data to deliver insights.
  • Evaluate technologies we can leverage, including open-source frameworks, libraries, and tools.
  • Develop technical documentation for applications, including sequence diagrams, flowcharts and manuals

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of applicable software development experience, including Python & RESTful APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms and designing for performance, scalability and availability.
  • Strong knowledge of pandas, numpy, flask & sqlalchemy python libraries.
  • Ability to design and develop relational databases which include writing efficient and well performing SQL, such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge in Linux & container orchestrators (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm.)
  • Knowledge in Azure or any cloud computing technology.
  • Knowledge in Orchestration and messaging frameworks: Airflow, Jenkins, 
  • Messaging queue frameworks (Kafka).
  • Knowledge in using collaborative developing tools such as Git, Confluence, Jira, etc.
  • Knowledge in Agile methodologies development (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface across cross-functional technology teams and the business.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
