We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong focus in .NET Technologies to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions. They will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software systems using the latest technologies and frameworks, with a focus on SAS-based product development and agile ways of working.


Responsibilities


  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Web Forms.
  • Work with Oracle or SQL Databases to design and optimize database interactions.
  • Develop user-friendly interfaces and responsive front-end components using Angular.
  • Lead the design and development of SAS-based products, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Actively contribute in an Agile environment, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality and performance standards through agile best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and functional issues.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software development.

Requirements


  • Experience: Proven experience of 6+ years in a role within software development with a strong technical focus on C# and .NET Core.
  • Proficiency in ASP.NET Web Forms and building web-based applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle or SQL Server, including query optimization and database design.
  • Strong experience in SAS-based product development, including integration and deployment.
  • Proficiency in Angular or similar front-end frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.
  • Prior experience working in an Agile development environment with knowledge of agile methodologies and ways of working.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Prior experience in the health insurance domain is highly desirable.
  • Industry certifications are added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
