Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases. Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents for accuracy. Identify, document, and track software defects using standard bug-tracking tools. Perform regression, system, integration, and performance testing. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to resolve issues. Ensure software quality standards and best practices are followed. Prepare detailed test reports and provide insights for product improvement. Mandatory Skills: Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC. Hands-on experience with test management and defect-tracking tools. Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar. Proficiency in writing clear, concise test cases and scenarios. Understanding of API testing and tools like Postman or REST-assured. Preferred Skills: Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments. Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java or Python. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab. Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter.
