We are looking for a Solution Architect, who would be responsible for designing architectural solutions that solves specific business requirements. including infrastructure, security, integration, and test of the solutions according to existing strategies, principles and best practices to meet the organization’s current and future business needs. This involves understanding existing systems and technology, including comprehending the relationships, dependencies and flows of information.

The Solution Achitect is responsbile for designing solution architures, i.e. design solution that solves specific business requirements.
The Solution Architects acts in the border line between business and the wider Digital technical/enginering teams, i.e. acting as the design authority across several Digital technologies that comprises the solution architecture design.
The Solution architect is anchored deeply in a (or more) Business Capability e.g. Manufacturing or in a dedicated Digital Platform, e.g. Microsoft Azure. For this specific roles we expect a solution architetct with knowledge ERP and Procurement processes and systems.
The Solution Architect facilitates business dialogues to formulate a concrete Business requirement that requires a digital solution. This represent a core skill of the Solution Architect, namely to express a Business requirement in a clear and concrete manner. The Solution Architect then designs a Solution Architecture to solve the presented requirement. That design is the foundation for more specialised Digital teams work with concrete solution delivery.
The Solution Architect oversees the delivery cycle and quality assures the solutions being developed.
The Solution Architect must possess excellent communication skills and be able to elevate from deep technical conversations to more abstract business conversations to secure that business requirements and contexts are properly understood and conveyed to Digital teams and vice versa that deep teechnical matters are conveyed and discussed with business in a non-technical manner.
