Core Mission
Ensure the successful integration of partner and customer systems by defining and executing integration and acceptance tests, providing daily technical customer support during testing, and ensuring smooth operations until project is live.


Main Responsibilities


  • Connect and integrate customer systems with Thales solutions, configure and enable services following requirements and best practices.
  • Define integration plans and review them with customers and partners.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Manage connectivity setup, secret key exchanges, and parameter configurations.
  • Design and execute acceptance test plans, run integration and acceptance tests with customers and partners.
  • Provide customer technical guidance and lead troubleshooting sessions which involves daily remote customer support via calls, tickets, emails or instant communicators.
  • Track and report product issues with the engineering team.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain strong communication with customers and partners.
  • Deliver integrated solutions in both cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Optimize delivery processes and contribute to shared ownership and team culture.

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience as an Integration Engineer or similar technical role.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of SSL, certificates, key management, JSON, YAML, and TLS connectivity.
  • Experience with Unix/Linux environments.
  • Knowledge of web services (SOAP/REST).
  • Database skills (Oracle, MongoDB, MySQL, MS SQL, DB2) and ability to run SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, CodeCommit, microservices).
  • Experience with Apache HTTPD, Tomcat, and other web servers (proxy, reverse proxy).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Git, Jira/Xray.
  • Experience with Splunk or similar logging tools.

Preferred Skills


  • Knowledge of Python, shell scripting, smart cards, EMV, cryptography, or HSM.
  • Experience in the banking or payment solutions industry.
  • Knowledge of WebSphere or similar environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
