We are seeking an experienced and driven Proposal Analyst / Business Development Executive with a strong understanding of satellite communication technologies and business models.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in analyzing, preparing, and responding to technical and commercial proposals within the satellite or related telecom industries.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze and respond to technical and commercial RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, with a specific focus on satellite systems and services.
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and management teams to build accurate and competitive proposal responses.
Interpret technical requirements from prospective clients and map them to internal capabilities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of satellite communication terminologies, industry standards, and market dynamics.
Coordinate the end-to-end proposal development lifecycle, ensuring on-time submission and high-quality documentation.
Review and improve proposal templates, technical narratives, and solution descriptions regularly.
Support pre-sales discussions, technical clarifications, and follow-ups post-proposal submission.

5 to 10 years of relevant experience in satellite communications, telecommunications, aerospace, or a similar domain.
Strong familiarity with satellite terminologies, including payload types, frequency bands, orbital mechanics, link budgets, etc.
Proven ability to understand and respond to complex technical business proposals and government/commercial RFPs.
Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (technical and business) to develop winning proposals.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Space Science, or related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with satellite technology vendors, satellite operators, ground segment providers, or system integrators.
Exposure to international satellite business trends and regulatory environments.
Familiarity with proposal tools like Google Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, Canva or professional proposal management tools.
