Job summary
As an AI Full Stack Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI software solutions that drive business innovation at Eaton. You will work across the full technology stack to build intuitive front-end user interfaces and robust back-end services, and integrate advanced AI/ML models (including Azure Cognitive Services and GPT-based large language models) into scalable applications. In this role, you will collaborate with solution architects and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with Eaton’s AI strategy and architecture standards. You will be hands-on in coding and DevOps, implementing secure and reliable code, and establishing CI/CD pipelines to deliver high-quality AI solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about applying AI and emerging technologies to solve real world problems. You’ll be joining a dynamic, innovation-focused team and will play a key role in Eaton’s AI journey.
Job responsibilities
• Architectural Collaboration: Partner with architects to shape and develop the technical vision for AI solutions, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Full-Stack Development & Integration: Build and integrate user interfaces and backend services, connecting AI models with enterprise systems.
• AI Solution Deployment & Support: Deploy AI models using Azure cloud and containers, manage CI/CD pipelines, and support solutions for reliability and scalability.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work with business teams to understand needs, translate requirements, and demonstrate progress throughout development.
• Innovation & Experimentation: Explore new AI technologies and tools, propose improvements, and share insights with the team.
• DevSecOps & Best Practices: Embed security and quality into development, automate testing, and ensure solutions meet enterprise standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Refine code and processes, optimize performance, address technical debt, and mentor junior developers.
Qualifications:
Basic (required) Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related IT field.
• 10+ years in IT/software development, including deep experience in building AI applications.
• Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field focused on AI/ML.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms and tools.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams and technical leadership or mentoring roles.
• Exposure to AWS/GCP, cloud security, and DevSecOps practices.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in Azure AI, Agile, or DevOps are a strong plus
• Skilled in full stack development with .NET (C#), Angular or React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, RESTful APIs, and relational databases.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with other programming languages.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI models and deploying solutions on Azure using containers and orchestration.
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), prompt engineering, and large-scale NLP models.
• Proficient with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and cloud configuration management.
• Strong analytical skills for translating business needs into technical AI/ML solutions.
