Job Details




















1.Lead, guide, and develop a team of senior analysts and analysts
2.Ensure timely updates of all contract pricing and membership information into the contract management database system.
3.Assist in identifying the cause for variances in contracts.
4.Receive, identify, and resolve discrepancies associated with assigned supplier contract issues.
5.Communicate effectively with customers / external partners to resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
6.Validate daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly contract maintenance reports and make appropriate contract management database system changes.
7.Assist in the reconciliation of chargebacks.
8.Oversee the timely collection of monies due from Supplier and the aging goals as planned by senior management; ensure write-off dollars are minimized.
9.Coordinate with the Finance and Accounts Receivable teams to identify and resolve invoice discrepancies.
10.Develop innovative solutions to streamline team workload and increase productivity.
11.Responsible for reviewing goal and performance measurements; develop plans to ensure that goals are achieved.
12.Manage, mentor, and evaluate the performance of Contract and Chargeback analysts to achieve department / company goals and objectives in an accurate and timely manner.
13.Evaluate business processes and system design to recommend changes that will reduce costs and improve effectiveness and efficiency of the contract and chargeback processes.
14.Develop, interpret, and apply policies and procedures to effectively develop department staff.
15.Work with Management to ensure team structures and responsibilities align with organization objectives to secure appropriate escalation and responsiveness of team member service level requirements.
16.Analyze reports, decisions, and results of department statistics against established Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and share findings with upper management.
17.Responsible for overseeing practices relating to the Business Management tool Administration process.
18.Willing to obtain formal training in other areas.

20. Collaborate with key teammates and leadership.
21. Assist and support department managers in preparing for meetings.
22. Maintain and promote positive and professional working relationships with associates
and management.
23. Comply with all appropriate policies, procedures, and regulations.
24. Any other duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES, AND SKILLS:


  • 5+ years of working experience; 1+ year of management experience preferred.
  • Proficient in English (CEFR B2 or above in IELTS).
  • Ability to work partial US time zone shift (4 hours overlap with Eastern Time Zone).
  • Familiarity with Contract & Chargeback processes desirable.
  • Preferred experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI; prior experience in SAP is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; exceptional presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; demonstrated leadership and delegation abilities.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze data and situations.
  • Adaptable to change in a positive business environment.
  • Able to make sound judgments and communicate them effectively.
  • Ability to assimilate and summarize information contextually.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and resourceful.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse teams; working with multi-location teams is a plus.
