  1. Energy Engineer:
    • Role Overview: Energy Engineer will play a pivotal role within the organization to be the subject matter expert on Energy Consumption for Commercial, Retail, Healthcare & Hospitality Clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsibilities:
    • Developing and monitoring energy management protocols to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.             
    • Liaise with field team to conduct and supervise energy audits and equipment/system assessments to identify opportunities for energy savings and efficiency improvements.
    • Collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders to develop sustainable energy management projects.
    • Designing and implementing software and hardware solutions to improve energy data collection, analysis, and reporting.
    • Providing technical support and training to Channel staff regarding energy conservation and management systems.
    • Create methodology metering and monitoring system for rapid analysis of energy data from multiple sites.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
    • Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Master’s degree in Energy Systems or Certified Energy Manager) are advantageous.
    • Familiarity with Building Controls, HVAC, Electrical Metering Systems, and Cloud based systems will be advantageous
    • Min 5 Years Proven experience in energy management to drive energy saving outcomes.
  1. Sales and Solutioning Engineer:
    • Role Overview: As a  Sales and Solutioning Engineer, you will focus on selling BMS solutions to clients and providing technical expertise during the sales process. Continuous collaboration with customers (including Channel Partners) to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions, including training and supervision of Channel Partner.
    • Responsibilities:
      • Work with the Channel Partners for identifying potential clients and understanding their requirements.
      • Coordinate with Channel Partners and Energy Engineer to understand the physical system on site and provide a solution to save energy on site. 
  • Executes project start-ups, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of installed BAS controls on assigned projects.
  • Presenting BMS solutions to clients and addressing their queries of all relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with the technical team to create customized proposals.
  • Demonstrating the value of BMS solutions and negotiating contracts.
  • Ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Technical knowledge of BMS systems and their applications.
    • Strong understanding of controls/BMS and HVAC systems with the ability to convey technical details to channel partners.
    • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with channel partners to achieve sales objectives.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with channel partners and internal teams.
    • Min. 5 Year experience in deployment of BMS systems and evaluation of existing BMS systems.
  1. Commissioning Engineer:
    • Role Overview: As a Commissioning Engineer ensures successful deployment and commissioning of BMS systems. They work closely with clients, project managers, and installation teams to ensure smooth implementation.
    • Responsibilities:
      • Collaborate closely with the design, field support and sales team for seamless system integration and final delivery of the project.
      • Execute project start-ups, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of installed BAS controls on assigned projects
      • Ensures complete compliance with internal processes and practices - Sales, Customer Support, Hardware, Procurement, and other functions
      • Lead the programming and on-site commissioning of all system and network-level controllers as required
      • Lead in the validation of complete system functionality and troubleshoots problems with project engineers and subcontractors to ensure proper operation
      • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during commissioning.
      • Ensuring customer satisfaction and post-implementation support, including training, troubleshooting, etc.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in commissioning and customer support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of server & platform technologies, hardware, storage, networking, firmware, and software as well as system integration
  • Prior working knowledge of system architecture in designing Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) , including non-standard material, control logic, network schematics, control panel power requirements and/or distribution
  • Prior experience in programming various controllers of various makes and protocols.
  • Should have proven prior experience of thriving in high-pressure environments and delivering critical projects on time and to good quality
