Sr. Dot Net Developer - Lead

Responsibilities

·       Work as part of a project team to design, develop and deliver a mission-critical implementation built on .NET Framework & .Net Core technologies

·       Participate in requirement understanding, design, implementation, testing and support of custom .NET solutions, which include features enhancements, new functionalities, and back-end systems integration etc.

·       Collaboration with client to prepare technical design specifications.

·       Interact with subject matter experts (functional & business) to understand business requirements and develop system/technology design & architecture of the applications. Work directly with the project team and implementation partners, as needed.

·       Ensure quality assurance and conformance to standards / guidelines.

·       Assist in infrastructure & system software setup for development and testing environments.

·       Ensure timely completion of tasks delegated.

·       Monitor and report on task status, identify issues that may hinder fulfillment of the task, recommend and implement corrective measures.

·       Ensures that the design/implementation meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements and in compliance with the architecture of the solution.

·       Present the Solution & demos to internal and external stakeholders, through presentations and documents.

·       Develop High Level and Low Level Design documentation as needed

·       Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively & work on multiple projects/tasks at the same time, as needed

·       Ensure that the coding guidelines, documentation standards/requirements and SDLC methodology are adhered to

·       Consistently deliver high-quality services and components 

Technical Skills

·       Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and .NET API development

·       Proven experience in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful Web Services

·       Full-stack development experience using React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS

·       Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles, SOLID principles, and design patterns

·       Proven experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design including tables, views, indexes, stored procedures, and complex SQL queries

·       Proficiency with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework and Dapper

·       Extensive experience with RabbitMQ and asynchronous messaging systems

·       Experience working in Azure or AWS cloud infrastructure and familiar with its services like (EKS) etc

·       Experience working with microservices and service-oriented architecture

·       Should be familiar in containerization (Docker)

·       Strong experience using Azure DevOps for source control, work item tracking, CI/CD pipelines, and release management

·       Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration

·       Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies

·       Experience in unit testing, integration testing, and ensuring code quality

·       Experience in application troubleshooting, debugging, and production support

·       Knowledge of Git-based version control systems

·       Ability to apply performance tuning, security, and scalability best practices

Academic and professional qualifications

Degree in Computer Sciences / Software Engineering / Information Technology or relevant technical field with rich hands-on experience in delivering .NET projects

Years and Nature of Experience

7 - 8 Years of experience in leading/developing/delivering .NET Framework & .Net Core application development using relevant .NET technologies & frameworks as per technical skills mentioned above.& Responsibilities :
